Air Bag Light

I just replaced my window regulator, unhooked the battery before I unplugged the air bag but didn't reconnect the air bag before testing my repair. From what I read I goofed.

Now I have an airbag light. Is there a cheep way to cancel out the code? I have a generic code reader but I read this won't turn off the light.

Jim

Nope, time to find someone with a Durametric or PST-2, preferably before you need the air bags to deploy.

Is there anyone in the Baltimore area (I live in Ellicott City) that has the Durametric thing that could help me turn off my airbag light?

I assume the airbag works even though the light is on?

Go to Porsche and tell them to turn it off. It takes30 seconds to do. If they are nice, they will do it for free. If they were like my experience, $25.
