Help installing Kenwood Subwoofer

Hi,
I just bought a Kenwood KSC-SW1 Powered Subwoofer. My stereo in the dash right now is Pioneer DEH-P3500. I figured how to hook half of it up. I am coming out of the stereo RCA outs into the RCA inputs on the Kenwood Sub-Woofer. The Subwoofer manual says it need to get powere from the battery. The back of the sub has a catridge looking port. It came with a cable that fits in there that branches out to (Batt, PCont, Stereo left & Stereo Right),
I am asuuming that I just need the Yellow which is battery and the blue which goes to the ignition.

The question I have is, how do hook the powered sub to the battery and the ignition. Where are these wires that I need to splice them into or where do they go.
thanks

Hi,
I got it working. I am able to fit it on the right or left side behind the headrest. I don't have that compartment back there. It is just carpeting and a net. The sub is ok., It does the job. It has low end. Not extremly defined but not bad either.

Now that I tested it. I have two questions.

I need to run the line to the + side of the battery. How do I get from under the passenger or drivers side into the front trunk to the battery?

Next the porsche dealer said I can hook up the Blue iginition wire to the back of the fuse box. I was able to get the cover, carepeting and unscrew the 4 srews. But how do I get hte hole fuse box to come off. I need to access behind it so I can merge my wires.

If anyone has pictures, that would really help
thanks

Take a look at the instructions for installing the pnp rear speaker kit. It describes how best to run connections from the rear of the vehicle to the front.
