Unhappy HELP! Rear drains blocked. wet behind the seats

Does anyone know how to unblock the drains under the clamshell that run behind the seats and out the bottom of the car?
I've tried with a coat hanger to no avail. i'm worried the water will short circuit the alarm control unit under the seat, if it hasn't done so already as my horn beeps twice when unlocking or opening the passenger door.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I found the easiest way was to use a shop vac from above.

I use a garden hose with a nozzle.
Press the nozzle against the drain hole and give it a couple of short bursts of water.
This usually blows out any leaves or debris blocking the drain hose.

The horn beeping twice when you lock the car is just telling you that you've left something ajar: The front hood, the rear trunk or (most likely) the oddsment compartment between the seats.
Happy Boxstering,
Pedro
