				Porsche's Fastest Color

I received official word from Zuffenhausen today, that speed yellow is in fact the fastest color that Porsche offers . I'm still waiting to hear what the second fastest color is . Anyone venture to guess ?

I have personally had several law enforcement officers confirm this from coast to coast. |

Guards Red. You see, it all has to do with wavelengths of light. Red, low on the wavelength scale has been proven to have the least aerodynamic resistance, therefore, the fastest. Its just simple rocket science.

Shorter wavelength (higher frequency) just so happens to be deep blue/purple (Porsche Lapis Blue). Don't ask me what I do for a living.

				OK, JD, you're right...

So Speed Yellow may be Porsche's fastest colour, but Arctic Silver is obviously the coolest .... |

As strange as it may seem, the official word from Porsche is - the second fastest color to speed yellow is an entirely new one called akustisches goldgelb , or "bleeping" golden in english .

I love the optical illusion that your color chart provides.

And Lapis FTW.
