Maybe not, but he has saved himself the time and effort (and probably the pressurized sales pitch) on what initially reads as a reasonable buy - reasonable until you inspect it that is....
Hell, how many times have you driven to look at an advertised car and come away thoroughly dissapointed? Some of these car yards can tell untruths (see original ad spiel) - whichever country I've lived in, it never changes - second hand car advertisements that border on lies or (at best) misinformation!
