Were these a hit in the "Land Down Under"?

They sure were - but I was living / working in Southern Africa at the time, and England Dan etc were, like, 3rd tier type music for those young voluptuous teen virgin girls looking for someone to smooch with them and then whisk them away on a romantic weekend with promises of everlasting....

Bugger, getting misty eyed there for a moment

Lets get back to Led Zep, Steve Winwood, Free - hell, even Chicago will do - that'll send Danger into spasmodic regurgitations......

totally taking it a 180 from the classic rock, sometimes you gotta just listen to something to where you just say "WTF?"

Good one Johnny! I know you aren't (can't be) serious, but can anyone think of anything less suitable to driving a Porsche than that tune? I mean, while driving a moped, maybe.... Speaking of music to moped by, we can ponder all sorts of songs that could make the grade. Perhaps a remake of Steppenwolf's classic 'Born to be Wild', re-entitled 'Born to be Mild". You know, with lyrics something like this:

Get your moped running.
Head out on the highway.
Looking for a transport.
Or whatever comes my way!

Cheers!

Brad

I can do that… I will have to dust-off one of my guitars; I will probably use the 12-string for this one.
