Interesting and exactly opposite of many other countries. One time when I was in Ankara, Turkey, my local chauffeur (driving a BMW 750iL) got a minor scrape from a taxi driver. I thought that the chauffeur and the police were going to whip the poor taxi driver right there in the street for causing damage that he could never pay for.
