Easily done BUT when reinstalling
DO NOT over tighten the 6 T-30 screws (2 outboard on each visor and one under each "eye" in center latch). Otherwise you'll make good use of the rest of this DIY attachment.
Anyhow, once you have visors off, gently pull a-pillar trim from top towards center of dash. Depending on MY, there may be a few clips in the middle so apply even pressure when you meet resistance. Once clips are released, do not pull up - there's still one more clip at bottom. Using a long handled flat head screw driver or trim panel tool, reach down behind a-pillar trim to where it meets dash and release clip at bottom. Now you can safely pull a-pillar trim up vertically to release completely (same procedure on both sides).
