seat cushion

With my car having ~90k miles, the driver's side seat cushion seems rather flat and lacking in, well, cushion. This is particularly evident when compared to the passenger side. Has anyone had their seat cushion refreshed? What is involved? Would this likely be a simple fix for an upholstery shop? Sadly, changing to some super-cool sport seats is not an option...

Hmmm, have this problem too.
Positive side is that I now can use the helmet during trackdays without touching the soft top frame all the time.
Does not look good though..

I had my seats retrimmed and refurbished for $1400 AUD. The seats on the 986 are interchangeable from left to right which is what the trimmer told me that they do to refresh the driver's seat. He did nothing with the actual base cushion however the passenger seat cushion (former driver's seat) feels full and comfortable again for some reason. I have over 90,000 miles on my original seats too.

Might have to look into swapping out the cushions between the sides. That would be a great fix since the passenger seat is rarely used.
