41 Software engineer, first Porsche (still not sure how I got my wife to agree to it).

Interesting story : In South Africa in the late '90s I bought a used green C280 Mercedes from the father of a very well known internet entrepreneur who currently has links to electric vehicles, rockets and spacecrafts. The car was an undisclosed salvage (no carfax in SA) and should really have been scrapped. The car gave me problems with no end and many sleepless nights... but life is learning and now I smile everytime I see or hear of his son and can't help thinking about that green Mercedes.

Wow, a lot of young/younger Porsche owners here. When I was in my 20's I drove (and could only afford) a Mazda truck. Now I'm 51, got my '03 base last year. And I do construction management for the county.

First car: '75 Fiat X1/9
Current DD: '06 F150
Summer DD: Harley Softail or Kawasaki Ninja

Sailing, I had an Abarth 1000 (850) Spider. We wrenched on two of these, someone had to test drive them after repair:
1958 Fiat Abarth 750 Zagato

dee UU Enn Done 52, now in property management, former Medical Imaging technical specialist and salesperson at a once mighty company, licensed X-ray Technologist, retired from orthopaedic work.

* the idiot who sold the zagado in this ad says the steel panels are rust free, the car was all Aluminum and hand made...

Profession: Retired Navy F/A-18 Pilot. I now fly an old British Fighter: Mk-58 Hawker Hunter providing Adversary Support to the US military.

Would I rather fly my jet or drive my Boxster? Luckily I can do both.
