Do a google search on "logistics" and the city in which the ebay seller lives in Ohio.

Make a few phone calls to logistics companies in his area or a large city near him and one will surely quote you a price to pick it up, crate it and truck it to your address.

If the seller will box it up, that's the best way to do it. If he refuses to do this, it's gonna be more expensive because you'll have to pay the shipping company to do it. Hope this helps!
