I asked the guy when i called him again and he said he ALWAYS fills it with the proper mix of porsche coolant and water and has never put just straight water in it. If i start it up, what am i looking for coming out the exhaust pipe? White smoke? GREEN SMOKE? Purple bunnies?? Haha idk.. Help?

I probably would start by looking for a different car. Head gaskets are a'lotta' work, and a'lotta' money. Plus you really don't know what really is damaged until opened up. Personally, I would spend a a couple grand more up front for a better running car. But if you have to go look at it, start it up cold and rev it up to 3.5k + for about 10 to 15 seconds. If you have water spraying out the exhaust, then you know for sure head gasket is gone. And if you see purple bunnies...... theres a fee for the consult.
Heres a couple that could be promising.
