2005 roof problem

bxstr-lvr Registered User Join Date: Jun 2005 Location: San Antonio Posts: 17	2005 roof problem Today after owning my 2005 boxster for 2 weeks the top would not retract. When I remove the center latch on the roof the windows go down 1/2 way and the sensor says removing top. Then I hear a noise in the dash - like a small motor stoping the top. Nothing ever moves. I took the car to the Porsche delearship and they said that it is probably out of allignment a bit and the sensor is stopping the top so it does not break anything. Does this sound right to anyone? Ever happened to your car? Scott
