if its anything like the Saab it SHOULD bleed itself out...I just did a thermostat on the Saab and I just filled the reservoir up after I replaced it, ran it till it was good and warm, let it cool down and filled up the reservoir the rest of the way, it does not run hot or anything so I guess I did it right.....my boxster already had the waterpump/thermo replaced so I dont know how the PO did it
