DTCs and Readiness Monitors

I had a P0154 and P1119 DTC and CEL along with monitors not ready, (catalyst, evap and another which I can't remember), I replaced the O2 sensor and cleared the codes, how long will it take for the readiness monitors to reset, I have an inspection due this month,
Thanks
Steve

Assuming that what you did fixed the problem, the readiness monitors should be OK after 1-2 drive cycles (depending on the monitor). BTW, if you're not aware of it already, the readiness monitors have a bunch of prerequisite criteria before they run (including the passing/ready status of other monitors).

A drive cycle is essentially consists of doing a test drive that has a combination of idling, driving with a partial load, constant driving, etc).
