Here's my aerokit 2 knockoff in carbon fiber. It is manufactured by Carbon Creations and goes for about 6-700 bucks I think. I got it from a fellow member on the cheap. Was very nerve racking drilling into the factory bonnet...

Thanks 968rgt, especially for the different angles.

That's very similar to what I'm thinking of having done. Did you do it or was it on the car when you purchased it? If you did it, what handling changes, if any, did you notice. Also, what is the weight of that wing? Thanks.

Where did you get those humps over the soft top?

I'm updating the look on my bucket of bolts. 997 Turbo look wheels and the 'PORSCHE" decals along the doors.
I will probably do satin black wrap on the car after some bodywork/PDR.
My buddy is in to help. Voila new car.

Thue humps are the factory Speedster option. There are a couple places you can get them aftermarket, but you have to make sure you get all the hardware supplied with them or they will not secure properly.
I forget how much they were when I optioned them for the car from the factory, but I think the aftermarket ones selling on the net are around 600.

yeah I've seen the aftermarket but having aftermarket skirting (GT3 MK2 style) I know that the aftermarket rarely gets the fit precise. On a piece like the humps that would be a problem since its not something that is staying fixed. I doubt I would pull trigger unless it was a factory version.
