I assume that you mean the plastic wheel well lining? Instead of spray painting it (which will get damaged very quickly) I would just clean them really well and then treat them with Mothers "Back to Black", or something similar. Careful with the cheaper stuff like Armoral which tends to suck all the softeners out of plastics.
