Thanks guys, didn't bleed the system correctly the first time. I followed the steps posted by DDB and just got back from a 10 mile shake down run. Seems to be back to normal, running at 185 degrees.

As far as impeller pieces go....i think i have them all, got my fingers crossed until i get a new low temp thermostat and start wrenching again!
