Winter Workout Results !

Yesterday marked my first "real" drive of the season and I couldn't help but notice how well conditioned I felt as result of following my Winter Workout series . Shifting, clutching, steering, even reaching for the radio dials was accomplished with sheer physical acumen . I especially felt a dramatic increase in buttock strength while navigating some tricky on/off ramps and apexing some "s" bends . Has anyone else experienced the
same ?

That’s great; your off-season conditioning seemed to do the trick. What’s your recommendation for cross-country training? I need to get endurance training for a road trip this summer. I’m looking at doing a California to Michigan, round-trip, haul.

First let me ask you, do you have a 6 speed or tiptronic ?

I have a 5-speed... I think a 6-speed would have been a little too much for me to handle during the endurance runs.

This is an excellent workout for long distance driving . It focuses to both lower and upper body strengthening, and you can do it in any rest area .

Danger,
This video isn’t going to work for me. The chick in the front looks like my fourth wife, in fact I think it is?? I can’t stand that woman. Divorcing her the second time (we had one of those love/hate relationships) she took all my money. I’m sure you understand.
