Mine has oil in showing in the same areas, but when I pulled the transmission to change the clutch, it was dry as a bone in there. Mine looks like the source is the spark plug tube o-rings. There is a nice, clean area under two of them while the other one is coated with dirt and grime. It looks like the oil is dripping down the side and cleaning off the dirt.

I'm changing my tubes right now so I'll try to remember to post if it takes care of the problem in the next few weeks.
