Squicky sound when de-pressing the clutch, time for a new clutch?

Recently my car (2000 Base Boxster 72K miles) developed a squick when I depress the clutch, it sounds kinda like belt sliping, but I changed my belt 3k Miles ago

This happens only in first gear when taking off, all other gears are OK (no squick), also if the car is already rolling (5mph) there is no squick.
It was happening once in a blue moon, but lately it started to squick every other time.. so it get's worse

Other than that clutch feels strong, no slipping and no missed gears
Is it time for a new clutch? Can a worn out clutch/flywheel make a squick sound or it's could be something else

Thanks
Sasha
