anyone have a link to the cheapest source for a "plug and play" MAF Sensor for a '00 non-S? or a part number.

Thanks.

Check the end of this article

https://sites.google.com/site/mikefocke2/checkenginelightcausedbymassairflowsensor for a table of part numbers. The buying sources references are a bit old but they may be worth a try.

just got done reading it and i'm glad I did. looks like one of those things I'm gonna have to wait on to see what my current part number is first. does going from a .124 to a .125 really require dealership intervention or can I just disconnect the battery for half hour?

is it safe to get the latest revision of the MAF without taking my current one out yet?

Pulling it out and checking the PN is a 10 minute job. You can also try cleaning it and saving yourself $300 at the same time.

i know it's a 10-minute job, but all my tools are still at my parents house, so that 10-minute job turns into an hour road trip as well.

got the part out today and verified the number .125.000, so i'll be ordering the updated one and will give that a shot.
