guage cluster

My gauge cluster seems to have some discolored pixels. is this something that can be fixed or is replacement needed?

My center instrument panel display has starting doing the same thing. Pixels are gradually turning a golden color when the panel is on. The number has grown the last time I have driven the car. Has anyone else seen this and what is the cause and/or fix. Thanks for any help here!
