Remember your first ride in a sports car?

This is a photo of the first sports car I ever drove on a learner's permit, my sister didn't set the brake it rolled into a neighbor's garage and was totaled before I could buy it. I still have a 124 but I can't drive it anymore.

I don't remember the exact ride, but when I was still in the low single digit age my dad had '67 Corvette convertible, followed later by a '72 Vette. I used to "drive" while sitting in his lap. A succession of sports and sporty cars pretty much ensured the path I would take
