A newer Boxster S that was not broken or faded like the one I replaced. It was really bothering me. My car is black and the badges are silver. The goo gone felt like it actually had a lubricant in it and maybe some vegetable oil in it as well. But the 3M general purpose remover was awesome. It has a oil type smell to it. I did not notice any issues with the paint so far.

Yeah I have always loved German cars, the drive and feel can't be dupilcated.
