One other option...

There is a registry on Renntech.org for people who have either a PIWIS, PST2 or Durametric who are willing to turn off the airbag light if you are in the neighborhood.

There's actually two other options...

• Cut yourself a little piece of black electrical tape and put it over that stupid lamp.

• Two screws and fifteen minutes will also give you access to the bulb in the back of the cluster. Pull it.

Then, when you do have to take your car in for some reason or another, ask them to clear the error code.

This way, you don't have to have an idiot light glaring at you for an extended period of time.
