I use the degreaser and oil kit others have referenced. Spray degreaser on it liberally, let it soak, rinse with a liberal amount of water, let dry overnight, reoil lightly and let it sit on paper towels or newspaper several hours or overnight, reinstall. That's it. Typically you want to repeat this procedure every 10-20 thousand miles.
