If there is no staining ABOVE the coilpack, then it definitely looks like a tube/o-ring issue to me personally. That being said, it doesn't look "wet" at all...might be cause the car sat for 2.5 months.

Also, oddly enough, the oil appears to be staining below all coilpacks on this side of the engine, and has a distinct "funnel" appearance spreading downwards from your tubes/packs. So it seems to me to be the obvious answer...

P.s. Mine looks similar with one leaking tube, but I actually have fresh oil outside of it despite not really driving for 1.5 months.
