Just bought the 05 S

Car cruised through the PPI today with zero issues according to the Porsche dealer. No paint work, no body work, 70% brakes left and 6/32 of tires. Pcar dealer said the car is in immaculate condition and has a flawless service history, etc. If everything goes well and the timing works out the car should be picked up on Saturday in KY and might even be delivered to my place by Sunday afternoon. It's only 655 miles and can easily be done in two days.

Glad to be back into a Boxster. Can't wait to see it in person!!

This will be Boxster #4 for me. Had a 99 Boxster then a few years later an 01 S then last year bought an 05 S with 16K miles, never even registered it, sold it, bought a Ferrari 360, sold that after the summer and now just bought this 05 S. Just need for the funds to transfer, the paperwork to be FedEx'd back, the trasnsport to be finalized and the Philadelphia weather to cooperate. That's not asking for too much is it? I'm really excited to get it and it might arrive Sunday and if not then Mon or Tuesday.

Ferrari sprint car back to Boxster S? That will be an interesting adjustment.
I guess Ferrari to Boxster Spyder would have been more interesting (which one Magazine called the best handling sports car today).

This one sounds like a keeper to me. You need to promise yourself not to sell this one. Those of us who have been following your search now you should still be driving the last one.

Did your PPI include an oil filter dissection and a DME readout?
