You'll find very mixed feelings about warranties here, mostly negative. They often will try to find a way to get out of covering but $700 is a pretty price. I had a warranty added to my purchase from a Porsche dealer to cover until 102,000 miles. Even though I know they might try to reneg on coverage but it give me just a little piece of mind.
