mcfly777 Registered User Join Date: Oct 2010 Location: SF Bay Area Posts: 44	No more free OBD checks at Autozone (CA) Well, I never needed an OBD II scanner, but tonight a CEL came on and I thought I'd stop at an Autozone to grab the codes. Well, it turns out that some professional mechanics association has sued to prohibit free OBD checks, so now Autozone only sells the scanners (of course quite overpriced). So, I am ordering one from Amazon, there's one for US$19 that may just help me. mcfly
