Suncoast Porsche and Pelican Parts both carry them. I don't know the part # offhand, but if you call them and tell them which bulb you're looking for, they can get it for you. I just replaced one of mine earlier this year, and I didn't have the part # with me when I called. Oh, and auto parts stores don't carry these bulbs, so don't bother trying that route. 
EDIT: I found the part number. On the Pelican Parts website, it's OEM-99963114790. They are $6.50 each.
