Just came back from Deal's Gap (tail of the dragon) lastnight. I must say, it was intense. I'm a little bit dissapointed by the speed limit (30mph) but other than that, those are the curviest twists and turns that I've ever been in. even at 30mph the 11 miles and 318 twists/turns feels like a 2 minute ride.

Rt.14 from Trout Run, Pa. (north of Williamsport) to Watkins Glen, NY.

When I bought my Boxster this was the first road that came to mind. Summer and Fall are the best times, FWIW.

Two lane smooth blacktop, almost no police, and scenery that never fails to amaze.
