Thanks for feedbck.

So, do i understand it right, the sound is not from the front but from the back?
Should it be replaces? or it is normal? If needs to be replaced How critical it is? Is it like I should stop the car before I replace it, or can i use it for a while before i order the part and get it delivered? It could easily take a month or two. Any suggestion on the part number?

you can continue to drive the car. what year is it so we know which part number you'll need?

also, it is possible to fix the old engine mount with liquid polyurethane.

Thanks alot. Of course I will check it at first, and see whether a simple solution would help.

It is 1998, 73 000 km. 2.5 engine. manual.

Thats a typical indicator of a bad cv joint. When you turn the wheel all the way you push that joint to the limits and itll make noise.

That sounds like the problem I'm having, elmorm. A few times I get a big loud clunk apparently from the right front wheel area when turning the wheel left, but only when the wheel is fully locked left or close to fully locked.
