A quick search on Autotrader revealed 885 boxsters (97-04) for sale, ranging from 5k to 30k.

Thanks, 1st time using that site. Found a couple that are close to what I'm looking for.

I'm looking for a 02-04, Automatic, under 70k miles, White/Black/Yellow, under $20,000

I'm not sure what it is specifically, but something about S's look very nice

The S is to me, is a totally different animal...if you read below my picture you can see how this S was equipped from Porsche. The sticker was $69,700 and it being a one owner, the $15,700 I paid was a good deal. Very harder to find this color combination. So, buy the one you want and that way you will never regret it.

Is there any difference other than the red brakes and a different front grill?

I swear they all look like they are lower or something

Different brakes (not just different color), engine, suspension, transmission, extra radiator, and some interior trim differences. I think the S had different wheel options also.
