Weight of 993 Turbo Look Wheels

anyone know how much the 993 Turbo Look hollow spoke wheels weigh? specifically the 18" at 8" and 10" widths. i'm trying to decide on these or the oz allegerritas.

While I don't know the weight of the hollow spoke Turbo Twists, a quick search of Rennlist should yield an answer.
That said, I would be shocked if they were as light as the OZs. If lightweight is what you're after, go for the Alleggeritas.

No way 18" wheels weigh 11 pounds. My bet is they are at least double that.

yeah, i saw that 11 lb number in another thread but thought it a little low - the oz's are way light at 18/20 lbs, so 11 (ie, half) seems off. 11.4 kg makes more sense, which makes the allegerritas a bit lighter (but not as strong, from what i've read).

If there ever were an 18" wheel at 11.4lbs, I'd be all over it...

I believe the 18x8 weigh in at 19.6lbs, and the 18x10 at 23.4lbs.

Personally, between the two, I'd go with the OZ wheels..

There's no way those wheels weigh 11 lbs, the new HRE carbon fiber barreled units are not even that light, 21lbs each, only 10,000 a set, mine are on order! NOT

hahaha, sweet wheels...

In those wheel sizes we're talking about, I don't think I've seen anything much lighter than the ~ +/- 17lb range.
