Dimmer Control Location?...

I have a 1998. Is there a dimmer control switch? If so, where?

Should be on page 72 of the owner's manual. Or thereabouts.

its the little stem over the gauges that looks like it has a light bulb on it...twist and hold until you get the desired lighting

and yes they are right in the fact that as a new boxie owner, you need to become VERY familiar with the manual for the car...as for everything else boxie related...stay tuned to 986 forums....great site for help!

not that this thread needs my "+1", but I'll give it. Definitely use the manual if you have one as your first line of defense in answering just about any question you have. 90% or more of the time, Porsche covered it in there somewhere. If you do that and still can't find it, then you get to ask the brains on this forum.
