So you changed the oil and filter about 38 times, that's approx every 5000 miles. Interesting. Most of my cars, I change oil every 4 months about 3-5K miles. This car had a 15000 mile interval. So I have been changing it once a year 10-12K. After this thread I think i will just change it along with my other cars every 4 months.
