Torque Specs?

Im just building a 2.5L boxster engine after a disaster with the original block (cylinder 3 self-destructed) and I need to find out some torque specs. I can't find my book and was hoping someone would be able to find them for me (been elbow deep in enough boxster engines to do the job without the book).

Can anyone tell me the torque specs for:
-2 step head bolts
-valve carrier
-valve cover
-those Torx-55's that hold on the flywheel

Would be thankful for the help.
