2004 Boxster S Anniversary Edition

I recently opened up the engine compartment to change my air filter to be surprised that it uses the 987 air filter. I bought a bunch of parts off pelican parts assuming that i have a 986 engine, including a bunch of oil filters and spark plugs.

My question is do i have a 986 or a 987? Do I have to return the air filter and spark plugs or will they still work on my 2004 Boxster S Anniversary Edition? The 987 uses the same oil filter but not the same spark plugs or air filter.

Thanks!
