May be as simple as the cap not being tight, but...

I've heard the cap was re-designed at some point. Maybe yours needs a new cap? They can also be cross-threaded easily.

My Box was doing this too, and the fix was some O rings and some type of flow valve in the coolant tank area. About $150 at the dealer.

The worst possibility is that the coolant tank is cracked. It's a pain to get to and replace. ($$$)
