Someone definitely doesn't like you. My previous car was broken into before as well and they just took the stuff and go.
I don't see how this is not a write-off from the insurance's point of view. I don't want to know how much each of those panels cost, plus seats and the roof. Although you might be able to find the complete interior/top off a boxster with blown engine and spend a lot of time swapping them.
