Considering your commute distance and moderate behavior, I'd suggest paying attention to the treadwear rating on the tires that you are considering. A slightly harder compound tire will sacrifice some grip for longer life. Which sounds like it might be of some benefit to you.

As for oil, in addition to some thorough research, consider change intervals more frequent than Porsche recommends.
