I'm not sure what you mean by coolant manifold...

... generally coolant leaks come from:
• a cracked coolant reservoir (in the rear trunk)
• a bad water pump (on the lower front side of the engine)
• a leaky thermostat housing or bad gasket (next to the water pump)
• some loose hose clamp (multiple throughout the system)
• a cracked radiator (front corners)
• or the obvious, from the coolant overflow (generally because the system hasn't been bled of air).
Can you post a picture of where it's leaking?
