Leak From Coolant Manifold?

My 2003 S started to leak Coolant, I jacked up the car and poured some coolant in the resevior, if started to leak right away. I went under the car with a flashlight and somewhat pin pointed the leak I believe in the coolant manifold. It seems to be leaking from the seal.

Any advise ? Pointers?

I will have it towed to my house tomorrow and start working on it.

I truly hope it's not a cracked case.

I'm not sure what you mean by coolant manifold...

... generally coolant leaks come from:
• a cracked coolant reservoir (in the rear trunk)
• a bad water pump (on the lower front side of the engine)
• a leaky thermostat housing or bad gasket (next to the water pump)
• some loose hose clamp (multiple throughout the system)
• a cracked radiator (front corners)
• or the obvious, from the coolant overflow (generally because the system hasn't been bled of air).
Can you post a picture of where it's leaking?
Happy Boxstering,
Pedro

Leak From Coolant Manifold

I will attach a picture sometime this week when I get the car home. From your information I would say it a leak from the thermostate housing, it's in that area.

Thank You.
