MAF Sensor

I have a 2000 boxster and need to purchase a mass air flow sensor; is the sensor with or without e- accelerator?

With e-Gas

see table at the end of this web page as there were multiple versions used in 2000 and it really matters which one you had.

Garage
to e-accelerator, or not to e-accelerator

Look under the front hood at a sticker in the middle at the front of the lid. The code for e-accelerator installed is M620 (or may just show 620). If you see that number that's the one you need.

Also, any advice out there on installing this guy, mine failed :ah:

Time has come to order a new MAF, car is a 2000 S (99 built) and I do not see "620" on that sticker under the front hood. Does that mean I should order a non e-accelerator version?

Can anyone confirm this?
