986 Full Service and maintenance manual (free download)

Hi,

Not sure if it's known or not:
I found a website with full 986 service manual available for free download (among others)

http://www.cannell.co.uk/Manuals.htm

it's 15 manuals, over 3000 pages, 600MB of PDF's

I didn't read it.. however I have a question for my DIY projects do I still need to get bentley manual? or this one will do?

Thanks
Sasha

Way out of date (only covers earliest couple of years), is missing many, many updates on the models it does cover, and constitutes theft of intellectual property, even though it has limited usefulness...........which is one reason why Porsche stopped selling the full manual sets.

I have it and it helps with the basics...that's all you need for now. How to change your oil, where you filters are, changing serpentine belt, etc. If you have some serious problems, seek out a good Porsche shop in your area. Download it and burn a CD, then take that to small print shop and have them print a copy, cost about .01 cent per page.
