TSB for AOS

I know there is a TSB for the AOS (smoke on start up) for my 2002 S, but that mean that they fix it for free or it is just a known problem?

I don't think they'll give you a new updated AOS unless it was a recall item. There's a TSB on Aerokits too, but I don't think they'll give me an Aerokit for free.
