no power, hood locked

i have a 97 Boxster with no power and the hood is locked. Is the pull wire under the right front headlight the only way around this? My fuse box does not have the option for a battery or charger connection.

you can try rubbing your head on the car to build up enough static electricity, but i don't think that will work.

pull the cord.

also, search is your friend.

There is a way to deal with problem without resorting to the pull wire. There are definitely threads on this. Search the site.
