How wide are your Twists? I'm pretty sure they are 9" so you should be able to fit a 295/30 on them, but they'll be pretty stretched. Plus, I wouldn't be surprised if you had some clearance problems with the body or strut and you'll have to run spacers, roll the fenders or both. Why do you want to go so wide? Boxsters typically need more grip up front not in the back.

295 will not fit. The Boxster maxes out at 285. I've tried. Unless you lift your car and get wheels with a 10" width with 36mm offset its not happening.
I run 285 30 18 and its darn close

I have the OEM Twists that came with the car, not sure how wide they are. Why would I have to lift the car? It is currently lowered. I would like it to fill out the fenders instead of spacers. I dont mind rolling the fenders if I have too.

Since you stated you have the stock 18s then you probably wouldn't want to run a 295 on a 9" wheel. 295 belongs on a 10.5" to 11.5" wheel.
I stated you need to lift it because it will rub. I wouldn't go any wider than a 275 on a 9" wheel and even that is pushing it. Your handling will get sloppy.
Post a pick so we can see what your ride looks like now. Have you thought about changing wheels? I know exactly what you mean by filling the wheel wells. I almost wish I went with 19" wheels

If you have the stock rims then they are 9" wide. As James stated I wouldn't recommend mounting a 295 width tire on to it. It can be done and I've seen people mount overly wide rubber on stock rims for auto-x, but for street use it's not a good idea. It will cause uneven wear, undesireable handling traits, and could be potentially dangerous. Get spacers.

Adam is right if you just want the appearance of a full wheel well then you can probably achive that with just spacers. Porsche has OEm 5mm spacers that might give you the look you want.

I really like the turbo twists, they will do until i find RUF 19's  I need tires anyway, So ill slap on some 285 and see how it looks plus spacers if need be, thanks for the advice.
